Tempting Halloween Cocktails

TGIF!! Because Halloween is on a school night (aka workweek), you may want to indulge in a few tasty treats this weekend. If this sounds tempting..wait until read the following cocktail recipes:

WITCHES BREW

1 oz. Yamazaki 12 Japanese Single Malt Whisky

1/2 oz. Yuzu juice

Dash of black pepper

1 sugar cube

2 mint leaves

3 muddled blackberries

Top with club soda

FORBIDDEN PUMPKIN

1.5 oz. Glenrothes Select Reserve Whisky

1 oz. The King’s Ginger Liqueur

1/2 oz. fresh pumpkin puree

¾ fresh lemon juice

¾ fresh simple syrup

Cucumber Muddle

Highball, cucumber garnish, top with soda

THE GHOULISH PUNCH

1 bottle red wine

1 bottle The King’s Ginger liqueur

Zest of 1 orange

Juice of 1 lemon

Zest of 2 lemons

2 cinnamon sticks

Dash of nutmeg

CANDY CORN MARTINI

Stone Rose Lounge, Lilium, Whiskey Blue, Whiskey Park, Living Room

1 ounce grenadine

1 ounce orange juice

1 ounce Voli orange vodka

2 ounces of coconut vodka

Splash of cream

Mix Voli Orange Vodka and orange juice together and strain into a martini glass. Mix coconut vodka and cream and layer into a martini glass. Then sink grenadine into the martini glass.

PUMPKIN PATCH

Stone Rose Lounge, Lilium, Whiskey Blue, Whiskey Park, Living Room

1 teaspoon light brown sugar

1 teaspoon honey

3 dashes of pumpkin spice seasoning

¾ ounces fresh lime juice

1 egg white of medium size egg

1 ¾ ounces 100% apple cider

1 ½ ounces Avion Silver tequila

In a shaker glass add light brown sugar, honey, pumpkin spice seasoning, fresh lime juice, and egg white. Shake vigorously until disolved and add apple cider and Avion Silver Tequila; garnish with pumpkin spice seasoning.

THE PEACHES AND SCREAM

Stone Rose Lounge, Lilium, Whiskey Blue, Whiskey Park, Living Room

1 ½ ounces bourbon

½ ounce cream

½ ounce Monin peach puree

½ ounce apple butter syrup

Pinch of cinnamon spice

Brown sugar rim

Muddle all ingredients and strain into a martini glass with a brown sugared rim; garnish with a peach or apple slice.
