Create A Flawless Summer Makeup Look With Victoria’s Secret Beauty

Did you happen to catch a glimpse of the MTV Movie Awards held earlier this week? How fabulous were the flawless makeup looks of starlets Kate Beckinsale and Hunger Games star Elizabeth Banks? Well, it just so happens that their makeup was done by celebrity makeup artists Fiona Stiles and Molly Stern using Victoria’s Secret makeup products! Wondering how to achieve those great makeup looks for your next night out on the town? Read on for their tips on how you can achieve the look at home using products from Victoria’s Secret Beauty.

Makeup by Fiona Stiles for Victoria’s Secret Beauty

The Look: A strong eye and neutral lip.

• Fiona began by prepping Elizabeth’s skin with VS Pro FX Face Primer SPF 20, then applied foundation and concealer from the VS Pro Camouflage FX Concealer Palette.

• She then took the VS Pro Radiant Fix Face Illuminator and patted it on to the bridge of her nose and along her cheekbones.

• She set the face with the VS Minerals Pressed face Powder in Light and applied Beauty Rush Radiant Blush in Fresh Love to her cheeks.

• For the eyes, Fiona used two different colors to achieve a smoky eye; a shimmery grey on the bottom from the VS Makeup Eye Shadow Quad in Satisfied and a purple on the top lid from the VS Makeup Eye Shadow Quad Ravishing. It gave a little bit of a twist to a smoky eye.

• She lined the inside of the eye with Beauty Rush Precision Liner in Hot Slate and then smudged the grey liner into the lower lashes, blending it down into the skin.

• Fiona then took the grey shadow and swept it over the liner, effectively setting the liner and making the color stronger.  For the top of the lid she smudged the grey liner along the top lashes, and applied a dusting of the plum shadow over the lid.

• She used the shimmery pink in the quad to add a little highlight to the inner corners of her eyes, and the lilac color to blend the purple up and out.

• After the eyes were complete, Fiona used a brown brow pencil to strengthen and slightly elongate Elizabeth’s brows and added VS Makeup Extra Lengthening Mascara in Blackest Black.

• Fiona used her finger to pat on VS Makeup Perfect Lipstick in Wish so that it was less a lipstick and more of a stain.  There was a beautiful color to Elizabeth’s lips without the sheen of a lipstick or a gloss.  It makes the look feel a little cooler and less done.

Makeup by Molly Stern for Victoria’s Secret Beauty

The Look: Classic with a brown smokey eye and a pop of pink lip shine for a glittery pout

• Molly prepped Kate’s skin with a soothing mist and serum. She then primed Kate’s skin with VS Pro FX Face Primer SPF 20 and applied some VS Makeup Tinted Moisturizer SPF 15 in Golden Medium to even out the tone.

• Next, Molly warmed her cheeks with a cream blush and for a warm finish; she dusted VS Makeup Baked Mineral Bronzing Powder in Glowing.

• For Kate’s eyes, Molly based the lid with VS Hypergloss Eye Shimmer in Golden Lights and contoured the crease a with a softened 60’s approach using the crease shade of VS Eye Shadow Quad in Eye Contact.

• She then dusted VS Silky Eye Shadow in Provocateur over the center of the lid.

• Molly lined the base of the lash line with VS Makeup Brilliant Liquid Liner in Black and coated her lashes with VS Voluptuous Mascara in Black.

• For Kate’s lips I used the VS Lip Liner in Ginger Spice and then lightened the lip with the lipstick side of the VS Sheer Color Duo Tete a Tete and a pop of VS Brilliant Lip Shine in Undress on the center of the lip for a glittery pout.
